Rick Beal, an attorney and management consultant, is the Managing Director of A & R Advisory Services, LLC. Rick is a results-oriented business leader with 40 years of legal and consulting experience. Rick brings together content expertise, sensitivity to perceptions and transparency, access to cutting edge research and a lifelong curiosity about how people utilize skills, knowledge and tools to solve problems. Rick's client experience includes diverse industries from technology to health care and from retail to higher education, NGO's and government. Rick focuses on delivering practical solutions to organization design, executive and broad-based compensation and change management challenges.

Rick holds a BA in organizational psychology from the University of Wisconsin Madison,  a JD with an emphasis on labor and employment law from New England | Law and an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from the Haas School at the University of California Berkeley.  In addition Rick has an executive business certification from Harvard University. Rick has  served on and led compensation and management committees of non profit boards and of local and regional community organizations.
